We are looking for a dedicated, highly professional and qualified individual to join the university boarding community as a leader in the field of Wellbeing. In particular, we are looking for someone with proven skills and an interest in the nascent field of wellness who has experience in related fields of social work, counseling, wellness or psychology. In addition, the ability to teach would be considered beneficial. What is important is that the successful candidate must be deeply adapted to the specific pastoral needs of the students in the boarding school and that he or she has preferably gained direct experience in a boarding school or residential context and/or living in a rural area.
